Duke Kunshan University will begin by offering a small number of graduate and professional degrees, as well as one-semester undergraduate programs. All programs are subject to approval by Duke University and the Chinese Ministry of Education.
Duke Kunshan Master of Management Studies
The Master of Management Studies program is a one-year, pre-experience degree for students interested in learning business fundamentals. The program, offered by Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, calls for students to divide their time between the Duke Kunshan University campus and Duke’s campus in Durham, NC.
Duke University Cross Continent and Global Executive MBA
The Duke Kunshan University campus will serve as the China base for the Cross Continent and Global Executive MBA programs offered by Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, which currently host their Chinese residencies in hotel space in Shanghai.
Master of Science in Global Health
China’s rapid economic development is tightly linked with the health of its population. Understanding the links between economic development, environmental degradation, human and ecological health, disease, and health systems is critical to ensuring that China’s continued economic development follows a sustainable path. The Master of Science in Global Health (MSc-GH) program will train students to analyze the causes and determinants of diseases and their interrelated effects on the economy, policies, business, cultures, and the environment in order to address the most pressing environmental and global health concerns in China and globally.
Undergraduate Global Health Semester
Duke Global Health Institute will offer an undergraduate global health semester open to students currently enrolled at other universities in China and around the world. The program will be comprised of four courses, all of which will, for Duke University students, count toward the requirements of the Global Health Certificate.
