Duke Divinity School will sponsor a Hurricane Florence relief effort in which a work team of volunteers from the Divinity community will go to a site in Fayetteville, N.C. to assist with clean-up efforts on two separate Saturdays in October.

Divinity students, faculty, and staff are invited to participate in one or both of the work days on Oct. 13 and Oct. 27 at a site selected by the N.C. United Methodist Church Emergency Response Team. The project is being coordinated by Bishop William Willimon, professor of the practice of Christian ministry at the Divinity School. Participation is limited to the Divinity School community.

More information is available on the Divinity School website.
